What Is CSR?
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) provides an avenue for businesses to address issues affecting work environment. CSR is a concept whereby organizations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of their operations. CSR encompasses, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environment and Social Accountability (SA).

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) promotes a vision of business accountability to a wide range of stakeholders, besides shareholders and investors. Key areas of concern are environmental protection and the wellbeing of employees, the community and civil society in general, both now and in the future.
